Short version: no accounts, no ads, no tracking pixels, no cookies. Your code and progress stay in your browser.

Who runs this site

What we collect

• Page analytics, without cookies. We use cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views and a few events: a problem run, a problem shipped, a lesson marked done, a video or episode played, a newsletter signup. It does not identify you and sets no cookies.
• Your progress and code are stored in your browser's IndexedDB on your device. We never receive them. Clearing your browser data clears your progress.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email goes to Substack, which runs the newsletter under its own privacy policy.

Third parties you might load

• YouTube loads only when you press play, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.
• jsDelivr serves the DuckDB and Pyodide runtimes the first time you run code.

What we never do

No ads. No ad pixels. No selling or sharing data.

Accounts (coming later)

Optional Google sign-in will be added to sync progress across devices. When it arrives, this page will list exactly what is stored (your Google ID, email, name, avatar, progress and preferences), that each row is readable only by you, how to export it as JSON, and that deleting your account removes everything within 24 hours. Nothing will be gated behind an account.
